It was so good I decided to go twice!

Once with my husband and again on my own. It's absolutely lovely staying in such a tranquil place and sorting out all your worries all in one go. I really really enjoyed all of it.

Working with Chrissy was amazing, the programme is smooth and built around each guest so it doesn't feel awkward, or even like you are in a "programme". I was just able to sort out so much that had been on my mind for so long in such a short space of time.

Thank you for everything, and I will miss you all.

Life Change Holiday

The Life Change Program is well thought out and highly professional.

After just a little while into the counselling programme I felt like I had known Chrissy for years. It was lovely. She has helped me replace all my negative thoughts with positive ones and I am going back home energized and looking forward to the future...not fearful of the past.

When I first arrived I felt like my life was like a boat which was drifting firther and further out to sea away from a safe harbour. I felt I was quite far out to sea, but could still see the harbour lights. All I wanted to do was to turn the boat around and go back to the safety of the harbour that was familiar to me. After talking to Chrissy and experiencing the whole Life Change Holiday I feel I am sailing back home, forward eagerly awaiting the lights that I now see appearing on the horizon.

It's been a wonderful time and I've sorted out so much.

The hotel Puripunn is just perfect, the staff have to be the best in any hotel anywhere, they are so friendly but not in your face.

From the moment I met Chrissy, Son and Alex I knew that there would be no problems...it felt safe and just really relaxing. The program itself is excellent... Chrissy is kind, thoughtful and knows this work inside out...she must be one of the best.

As well as the therapeutic program I managed to fit so much else in, I really enjoyed the cooking classes at the hotel...it was a bit more money than one of the cooking schools but was well worth it, set up in the gardens. I also learnt not to try to hug monks! I'll know next time.

The support and advice that I got in advance really was a great source of comfort and reassured me about what might lay ahead. The hotel Puripunn was fantastic and the initial Personal Feedback Report that I did with Alex was really useful and made clear what I should start working on first.

I would just highly recommend this to anyone planning to undertake therapy, life coaching or counselling of any kind.

Thank you for saving my life.

Yes, I did not say changing my life; I said saving my life. When I arrived I felt so low I was fully expecting to drown but without hesitation you jumped in and paddled me to shore. The result of your actions distilled into me a simple singular word: hope.

You have allowed me to change and re-newed my faith in life, people around me and also in myself. I don't take what I have discovered here for granted and I am determind to keep it safe and make it lasting.

Chrissy, Alex, Luke and Son - you are all genuinely wonderful people and I thank you for doing what you are doing.

The most wonderful thing about the Life Coaching Program, apart from it really does work, is that it is individually tailored to fit each individual, and it's conducted on a one to one basis, so you don't have to get involved with other people.

The Puripunn Hotel is simply wonderful, it's a cosy place that I would gladly recommend to anyone.

The excursions are all really well organised and professionally handled by Son who is so lovely and kind. And the help that I had before I booked was great, really prompt responses, and all kinds of useful information. It was really good to know everything was well organised.

It’s been months since I got home and glad to report everything is still going well. The plans I’ve made are going well and everything I left Chiang Mai with is holding strong. Failing that (and I don’t think it will) I still have the caring support of The Life Change People behind me, and with me, at the same time.

On my time off I spent my days doing more Adventure Holiday activities as well as seeing more of the spiritual side of Thailand and Thai culture, all under the guiding hand of my new friend, Son, who is very much a part of The Life Change People. My time spent in this relaxed and friendly city could only help the transition towards my new life. The people, scenery and food, pretty much add up to probably one of the best places I’ve been and would whole heartedly recommend it to anyone, whoever you are.

I stayed at the Puripunn Boutique Hotel and am equally glad about that decision too. It's amazingly welcoming and comfortable which makes your visit all you could possibly want. The staff went out of their way to look after me whilst respecting my individual space.

For those still reading, now you have got this far make the next step!!

My Life Coaching Holiday

What a team!!!!

It's definitely turned my previous views on counselling on its head. This week has been everything I'd hoped for and more, it's been the most fabulous worthwhile experience.

The hotel is superb, the staff are exceptionally nice...attentive but not "in your face". I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of going. The initial Personality Profile and feedback session was spot on..it all fell into place when Alex went through the results.

Having Son as a personal guide throughout the week was great...he's such a lovely man. It was great going to the Patara Elephant Reserve. As far as the excursions were concerned this was definitely my highlight.

Life Coaching Break

Thank you Chrissy, and thank you Alex and of course Son.

We have had a lovely time with you in Chiang Mai. The program was enlightening and working and talking with Chrissy just felt so easy and made such sense.

The hotel (Puripunn in Chiang Mai) is relaxed and easy going and you are so well looked after, especially Life Coaching Holiday guests. We had endless complimentary food and drinks...everyone was so thoughtful and kind.

Our days out were great...everyone knows Son and he is such a genuinely kind and interesting man, it really feels like more than a holiday. The Zip Wire adventure was great fun, but you do have to have a head for heights!
