The stunning locations in  Thailand offered us everything we had been looking for. Breathtaking mountain scenery, unspoilt tropical beaches, peace and tranquility, rich in cultural history with a perfect year round climate and clean mountain air. We had found the perfect location.

The problem with counselling holidays and retreats up until now is that they have, very understandably, used a standard counselling approach. Standard counselling was intended to build slowly over many weeks, months or even years. It was never intended to be used as it is in counselling retreats. The approach used by us is different. We use a unique approach based upon recent advances in motivational psychology that aims to speed up the natural change processes. A counselling approach specifically designed to be used within relatively short spaces of time and achieve the same results.

Our week long counselling holiday is roughly equivalent to 4-6 months of counselling at a fraction of the price.
